We would never charge for an estimate. All of our estimates are non obligation and free of charge no matter the size of the job or distance from our base in Newcastle. Our estimates are valid for 30 days.

Yes. All of our estimates include material costs and we only use the best trade products for all of our work. We will advise you on the materials that will be needed to carry out the job to it’s best during our first appointment.

We cover the whole of the north east of England for domestic work. This includes Newcastle upon Tyne, Sunderland, Durham and Northumberland. We are able to travel nationwide for commercial work.

Yes. We are fully insured with  a £2,000,000 public liability insurance and £10,000,000 employers liability insurance.

Yes. The room must be cleared of all small items and as much furniture as possible. If it is not possible to remove large items we can work around them.

Unfortunately we cannot work without footwear due to health and safety restrictions and our insurance would not cover any foot injuries if we did not have the correct footwear on. Because of this all flooring/carpets are fully protected before we commence work.

Yes. We clear up all of our waste created when decorating and remove from your home and fully clean the work area.
